I'm 26 years old and was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis this past year. I am currently going to college after taking a couple years off and working part time as well, and just having trouble struggling to live a normal pain free life. I'm just a normal tomboyish girl who tries to make everyone around me happy, which seems to take away from self help time but I can't shake the guilt of not helping others first. I am very empathetic and it upsets me when people aren't empathetic or even slightly sympathetic at other's who are having a hard time. I think everyone should "Treat others the way you'd like to be treated"
