First, you have the Venter/Listener chat hub. It allows you to speak anonymously with a stranger so that you can help them or be listened to.

Then, there is the QnA, where you can ask any question you want and get answers from the community members. You can also answer to any question that was asked as to help out other members.

You can join a group and post topic or answer to other topics. There are groups for pretty much everything.

Finally, you can send private messages to whomever you want.

You get points each time you send a message/post something and you get QnA points each time someone votes your question or answer up.
