I keep alternating between feeling on top of the world and making plans to kill myself. Right now it’s the second I really need my new meds to start working.
I feel the same way. it is torture
@trappedinmymind I don’t know if you’re bipolar or not, but they should really add bipolar to the list of experiences because bipolar is very different from depression
