I don’t know what to do. I was talking to a person just now and he wanted to hurt himself. He described it as scratching to make himself feel ’normal’. I was shocked. I didn’t know what to say to him and then he disconnected. I don’t know if I said the right or wrong thing. I’m gutted that I didn’t get to the bottom of the issue… Not the best start for today.

Don’t let it get to you. Venters do not always have the strength con finish a conversation, and there is also the chat disconnect glitch to consider.
