We all procrastinate from time to time. In order to end procrastination, you should first write down your goal and give yourself a deadline. Then, break your goal into small pieces and visualize the future you want. Also, remember to set up a reward system to ensure you celebrate progress and small successes as you go along. So take that first step, then another, then another…
