    When you learn to accept things the way they are, and you just let things be, you feel better. When you stop thinking so much about scary situations and the horrors going on inside your head, you feel better. When you stop crying and start doing things, start being busy and try to smile(forced or not), you feel better. When I stop acting like I used to, I feel better.
