You get panic attacks too? I wish they would burn in hell too. I’m just starting to come to terms with my panic attacks, idk how to deal with them, other then self-medicating (not going to the doctor for this, the drugs they give are just as bad as what I find on the street). <3 hope it gets better.
no one knows i get panic attacks, like when i do they dont even know whats happening to me and i dont explain to them. thats why i dont know what to do
