I don’t like the idea of depending on music to feel better but it can help in some moments it can be used as a tool to see the wider picture that dependence to pleasure is the problem. All that aside I really like Bassline/4×4/Uk Funky some of the artist in this genre that are my favorites are Blacktip, Flava D, Brent Kilner, DeadBeat Uk, & Joedan. I’ve also been Listening to a lot Hardcore punk lately like No thanks, Dead Kennedys, Siege, United Mutations, Dys, Negative approach, and wasted youth. Anyones else shares my like for these two genres and also make some recommendations please <3
