i want to eat something because i barely ate all day but i’ve been working really hard to lose weight and get in shape and ive been seeing some results and i really don’t want to ruin that. the only problem is i’m starting to feel really queasy and lightheaded so i might eat something small but i don’t want to eat something and then fall asleep and have it just like sit in my stomach all night cause your metabolism slows down when you sleep and like ugh i dont know what to do. i might just drink some water and call it a night.
