I wish I had the motivation and the dedication to keep up with eating healthy and working out regularly but it’s really hard, not so much the working out part but the eating healthy part. At some times, it seems like I’m addicted to the unhealthy stuff. I’m trying to be better. I really am. Maybe next week will be better.
