I walk forward following the path laid before me only able to see a step ahead of me; forever moving forward without hesitation. In the clutches of this short life, death is never far behind. I would give the world to walk beside you just for a day, but instead you live only in my head. Pictures of you and I dancing and that beautiful smile going through a continuous cycle that lets me know that though you are not here you are never gone. I keep moving forward in hopes that one day I may be able to hold that hand while we fly through the stars. Until then I will march forward waiting for the day my flight arrives to take me to you. To take me to a place where it is no longer you and I, but us. A land beyond my dreams.
