I get like a panic feeling riding in a car. A little over a year ago, one of my closest family friends had died in a car accident. After this tragedy happened the panic feeling was worse than before. My biggest fear is getting into a car accident and it makes me start hyperventilating. When I’m riding in a car I have to distract myself with other things than the fact that I could possibly die in this car.

1. I’m afraid of all bugs that fly, crawl, or swarm.
2. I’m afraid of being alone.
3. I’m afraid of lakes, because you can’t see in the water
4. I’m afraid of any doors being open when I’m sleeping
5. I’m also afraid to sleep with my back to the door.
6. I can’t stand when people point at something or scrape paper or cardboard with their nails. Ugh..just thinking about it makes me freak out.
7. I don’t like for people to eat paper. The thought of paper on teeth makes me cringe.
8. I don’t like it when fingernails touch other nails.

Well, it isn’t STRANGE, but I was jumped on by a bleach-white husky when I was a child, then shortly after I saw Pet Sematary Two, the two memories merged in my head for a long time, and I was convinced that I was attacked by a wolf-dog.

That movie still gives me chills, and it still disturbs my sleep, but I can dismiss the feeling and still get a good night’s rest.

As a result, wolves also give me a fright because of their resemblance to the dog that jumped me as a child.

I’m scared of boys. It’s really weird cuz I never had any scary or tragedic experience with them. But I’m really terrified of boys! Even if it’s a 8-yr-old lil dude.

My girlfriend has a phobia of slides.
But not water slides. Just like, playground slides.

Bees. I have never been stung by one, but I’ll get to the point of almost crying if it’s simply flying around me. I’m also scared of open water/ice water. You just can’t see what’s beneath you, and water is extremely powerful. I think arctic water scares me because of how paralyzing it can be.

LonelyDalek said 9 years, 4 months ago:

My strangest fear is probably bees. I have a phobia of them. I was stung at age two, seven, and ten. The last two are ages to where I should remember but I don’t. Apparently I fainted and was found by my parents when they got worried and looked for me. Everytime I see a bee I feel little painful pricks on my arms even if they aren’t stinging me. Sometimes I have fainted at school because I saw a bee.

I love fish and I love swimming and lakes and the ocean but I can’t swim in lakes and the ocean if I can’t touch the ground. I didn’t even know that until I tried to swim in a lake and I quit breathing all of the sudden. I’m terribly afraid of getting older and what the future holds for me, I’m afraid of not being loved (by myself and others), I’m afraid of being alone with older men, and I have an extraordinarily strong fear of being pregnant. Having something freaking grow and move inside you, that steals your energy and your food, and it changes your mindset and emotions and has the ability to ruin your damn life. No. I just can’t deal with it.
