So I already have my ears pierced (since I was 7) but I can barely wear earrings since I get an allergic reaction to the metal. I really want to get my septum pierced or my ears again, but I feel it will just get infected or I will have an allergic reaction. What should I do?!?

I would first figure out what particular metal you wore and determining whether or not it was of low quality. I would strongly suggest titanium, stainless or surgical steel, glass *it is safe unless it is shattered somehow*, and gold but that isn’t recommended for healing piercings but moreso for fully healed. I have a cartilage piercing and have stuck with titanium and surgical steel *although I admit to have tried out acrylic for a short period of time :( * How have you been cleaning your piercings by the way before you had your reaction?
