Tonss! I am actually in a similar slump. My hours were cut and I’ve had a great deal of alone time and have become depressed from all the loneliness However, i always have several “go to” cheer up things.
First, is this site. you’l meet tons of people such as myself who have been or are in your spot and can guide you through it or at least lend an ear.
Also, subscribe to Brave Girls Club’s daily truth emails. They are very motivating and uplifting.
(heres the link: http://bravegirlsclub.com/subscribe-receive-daily-truth-little-bird-told-emails)
Happy.me is another site with positive words.
thequietplaceproject.com has several rooms to get some weight off your chest in clever ways as well.
Things you can do for yourself are order some self help books. an example of a couple are “be your own hero” workbook by angela shelton which can be found here

and is very useful. another is Freeway which is helpful and fun even if you are not religious which i am not http://potsc.storenvy.com/products/949297-freeway-workbook
all of these are good starts and affirmations are always a plus. say them out loud each day until you believe them
