It is really up to you @ironman3 on what goal you want to achieve like “I want to lose 20 lbs in 3 months”. By making that goal happen needs a lot of effort and determination. Not cheating oneself is very important.. Strive hard and stop being lazy… If you want it, work for it..

Try a diet with a variety of different dishes, like the Dukan and all it books; or a diet that has something different, like intermittent fasting; or one with planned refeeds and cheat meals, to help with long term dieting stamina, like the McDonald’s Rapid fat loss diet (this last one has a chapter on how to go back to normal regimen so you don’t let yourself just gain it all back during pauses and after you are done). Whatever you pick, stick with it.
