hey everyone! i am looking for an exercise buddy of sorts. a person (or people) who i can chat with often (maybe even daily) about weight loss goals, tips for strength and stamina….all that good stuff.
i really suck at keeping myself to a workout schedule, so i think what i’m saying is that it would be awesome to be accountable to someone! if you need it too, i can be there for you! haha i am pretty good at motivating other people…just not myself!
