Was talking to my girlfriend, I video chatted with my girl friend on Skype today and we had our normal “talk” when she suddenly told me that she wants us to get married and her father wanted to meet me for approval to marry his daughter.

She’s my first girlfriend so .. what does this mean when her parents want to meet me to approve me of marriage?

Her parents want to meet you to make sure that your a good person and their daughter is in goods hands. It’s standard for parents to meet people their children will marry.

It’s normally not a big deal but it sounds like you don’t want to be married just yet.
