In real life, I’m only attracted to girls. I’ve tried to imagine having a romantic or sexual relationship with a guy, but I could never really place myself into that kind of situation, whereas, I have developed multiple crushes on several girls over the course of my life. However, whenever I see a guy/guy romance in an anime or manga, I always get really turned on. Can anyone help me figure out why?

A lot of people get turned on by stuff like that, it doesn’t mean your necessarily attracted to males. Also, a lot of people consider themselves bi a-romantic or sexuals when they’re only romantically or sexually attracted to one gender and completely attracted to the other.
