Firstly, what you’re doing is a good thing; so there’s nothing to be worried about. I’d call it more of a good habit than a weird addiction.

As for your own life, I think you should try talking about it to someone, a friend maybe? If you don’t want to share how you feel with the people around you, there are lots of people here for you.
