The ability to create portals – mainly so it wouldn’t cost an arm and a leg just to see family. also because I’m lazy and that way I could make a cup of tea in the kitchen from the comfort of my chair. If you had to choose – would you rather live alone and rich or surrounded by folks (good folks, your choice of people) but with zero fun income (rent, bills etc are able to be paid. living smart but not having to penny pinch everywhere)? | |

I was an only child in a family that moved a lot, so he was my best friend. I remember many years ago I was crying, I don’t remember why. I remember sitting outside on the back porch, crying as it rained. And this cat, who had came to live outside, snuggled against me. I felt like he was comforting me. I picked him up and cried into his fur.
I don’t know why I remember this one cry so well, but for some reason it’s important to me. It’s part of the reason why I love animals.

I literally just packed most of my stuff and went to stay with my brother. She started verbally attacking me and she told me that I’m no longer her daughter’s god mother. Along with a ton of other horrible things. We were best friends for 10 years. I can’t even look at her now. What would you do if your parents disowned you? | |
