I know this topic isn’t really the direct focus of this group, but I have to ask somewhere. What are foods that y’all eat when you want to lose weight? I’ve been trying to cut back a little bit and eat healthier foods. I’m doing a MateFit teatox this summer, but I don’t want that to be the only thing that makes me lose weight. I drink 1-3 cups of herbal tea a day which is healthy, too. If anyone knows what foods make you gain the most weight and what foods might help lose weight, please share! :)

Shredded chicken breasts with a salad, non starchy vegetables, whole chicken breast in the oven, slices of chicken breast with onion, peppers and tomatoes, milk curds with a pickle and deli turkey breast, skim milk, coffee, artificial sweetener, protein shakes to save me from another chicken breast.

Generally, foods don’t make you lose weight, a calorie deficit does.
