Its simple, but probably the treadmill. You can run, powerwalk, sprint, incline…a lot of options, plus its the easiest to gain motivation while listening to music. That’s why i like to play basketball, you’re forced to constantly keep moving. Usually the team that is always moving wins. And that’s one of the more important things in life, not just working out; remind yourself to keep going even when it gets rough. And yeah, my legs are burning after the half hour incline/treadmill straight into three hours of basketball. I’m all for it though.

next probably swimming some laps of butterfly stroke, but ive not gone swimming in ages, i usually do 10 laps and get so dehydrated after, not easy!

google sexy leg workout; you’ll find one with a female doing a lunge on pics. This workout is my fave as you have to accomplish it in a certain time frame and hence be super efficient. I like to do a few reps of this + crunches
