I want to get a bit more tough… opening doors at the mall for instance is a bit of a struggle for me… don’t want guys having to do everything for me! haha. A 2 pack is awesome! You got your work out ideas down? Check out videos and stuff in advance!

And as for my something-pack haha I am going to focus on cutting out the bad parts of my diet. (ill probally have to make a food log and see) and focus on doing an ab routine at the end of my workouts three times a week. SO we will see! @Eliaras Thats a great idea. I loved yoga for the mediatation aspect. I also think hot yoga sounds interesting. @somebodiesnobody Giving up sodas is hard. You actually go through mini- withdrawals. Hopefully you can stick to it. As for excercising everyday, do you have any ways your thinking about motivating yourself incase you dont feel like doing it one day? @Dizo how are you planning on doing it?!

I am strictly a cardio person though, I rarely do much else except for abs three times a week. I don’t want to build too much though. Giving up sodas… oh my god. I think the trick is to limit, and not totally give up right away. When you feel the craving for it, go for water. I did that to get over my love for coke, but I do like certain cheat days where I do drink it, but that’s mainly for the movies with popcorn

May 2013, I was 180 cm, 66 kgs Jan 2014, 83 kgs(still bulking, dec fucked up my schedule with booze and too much crazy holiday stuff, but im back on routine now, and starting to get necessary protein again etc.). Im bulking putting muscle till i reach 90 kgs and then cutting to like 83-85 kgs, get my body fat% around 10-13% by the end of it. I believe I will meet this goal by May 2015 at most, but i might gun for Sept 2014, before my masters in madrid.
