haha @AngelM the war between the bed and excercise is so true! but yeah like @limitless said I try to think of my excercise now as a necessity, like eating or drinking and it also helps me calm down, especially during exams week!

@anybodygottamap I totally can see where your coming from. People at gyms are pretty intimidating sometimes, especially the big time gyms. I just try to ignore them as best I can and focus on my workout because it is true that they arent paying much attention to you and they are paying more attention to their workout as well! And the burning and pain from working out is good but at that moment I am almost always thinking “I hate this, this sucks, OW” lol but like they say NO PAIN, NO GAIN! lol

My biggest problem is probably starting. I have almost never the motivation, and a big lack of self-dicipline.
Yeah, and situps. I always get this terrible headache.

For me, it’s the starting out, actually. Once I’ve started it’s more about endurance
