I noticed that many of these groups dealing with mental disorders and especially for eating disorders weren’t safe places for people recovering. This can be a trigger free group where we can talk about our progress in recovery and be supportive and share tips on how to continue with being e.d. behavior free. I started this group because I found trigger places everywhere and I felt maybe there were people who could benefit from having a place focus on recovery.
