This has been really weird for me. My stomach was actually thinner before I began working out. Be only been working out for ten days. I go to the gym everyday. At the very least I’ll go two miles on the treadmill. I seem to be adjusting well and I’m enjoying it. But my stomach seems to be bigger. I don’t know why. My diet hasn’t changed much but if anything it’s been healthier. I liked it better before I started working out. Does anyone have any advice or any similar experience?

may be you’re gaining muscle ? , make sure to do abs routine few times a week . Or may be it’s your diet . It’s not about how much cardio , it’s abotu what you eat . Abs are made in the kitchen . keep adjusting your diet until you find what suits your body . if not diet then the workouts .

hips dont lie!!! while your stomach fat is going, oblique, hip fat goes last, thats why you think you are wide etc..keep at it!!
