I follow the genotype diet (a more individualized version of the blood type diet) because it’s the only diet that helped heal my system after I accidentally food poisoned myself multiple times. I developed sinus headaches and eczema when I would eat dairy and beef. And what do you know? Both meat and dairy are actually an avoid for my type because my type doesn’t produce very much stomach acid as most type O’s do (making meat hard to digest). So I do best on a basically vegan diet.

I tried The Body Ecology Diet before I tried the genotype diet and while it did help some what, it left me constipated…I guess because though the foods were technically healthy, I was still eating some stuff that wasn’t compatible or highly beneficial for my type.

So yeah, I’m a big believer in this diet because it actually worked for me and my husband. The Live Right 4 Your Type book was the most informative book out of all of them. And I would sometimes go on the forum for help too – http://www.genotypediet.com/index.shtml

I created a bunch of recipes I really like more than the stuff I was eating before. So I’m glad that I learned about this and I’m even glad that I food poisoned myself because I’ve learned so much along the way.

6 meals is fucking bonkers unless you bulk!!
You will take forever to burn off the fat, unless your roiding! Why even take protein shake? you getting enough protein anyways!
I have like 3-4 meals a day, ripped:)

Meal 1 : Cornflakes, milk skimmed, fruit yogurht
Meal 2: egg wrap , avocado juice
Meal 3: half chicken, 2 slices bread, salad
Gym : sports water, chocolate/strawberry milk after workout
Meal 4: Mutton/beef, spinach, cottage cheese, 2 slices bread
I eat yogurt randomly for them cravings.

I eat a high carbohydrate-based vegan diet! It’s essentially what the gladiators in ancient times used to prepare for duels. The more carbs you eat, the more energy you’ll have and the more efficient your metabolism will become!

so are you following this diet, to prepare for gladiator level combat?? If you dont use these carbs like a gladiator would, it would just convert to fat. A balanced diet is key, with balanced carbs and proteins and natural healthy fats. If you want a good long term body, there is no other way. Anything that gives you results short term, comes at the expense of something else!!
Pretty sure they ate meat!
