As i don’t have an anxiety disorder, I suffer more so from depression I’m not going to say I know exactly how you’re feeling, but I do have anxiety in amongst my illnesses and I know how it can pretty much control you, and yeah it is scary.
If there are triggers around you that are making you feel worse, walk away for a little while, put some headphones in ur ears and listen to ur favourite music. Do something that distracts you that makes you feel good. I know that sometimes even the smallest things can cause me anxiety cause I have sensory overload, so even pots and pans banging makes me freak out sometimes and I will need to go into my room or outside away from it.
Maybe talk to your doctor about it as well? Sometimes medication can help, sometimes other alternate ways work better, but don’t give up..you will get through it
