So i’ll be honest for years i skated by not being a good christian, i didn’t go to church, i didn’t talk about god, i didn’t read the bible, and i only asked god when i wanted something, or when i was scared. but i have been making an effort to change, and be a better christian. the only problem is that it makes my Gf uncomfortable because she is agnostic. we have been going out for three years and i love her. i would love for her to join me and god, but i would ever force a change on her. it feels like im walking on eggshells with the topic. anyone else have these problems?

Be not unequally yoked to unbelievers.

If you were thinking about entering into a relationship with a non christian, I’d advise against it, however, you’ve been in this relationship for 3 years.

One of three things will happen

1. She will come to know God through your prayers and example.

2. The religious differences will pull you apart until the relationship collapses in upon itself.

3. She will begin to pull you away from God and back into your old habits, in which case, you need to break things off with her.

I hope this helps. Keep praying.

God bless and stay on fire for Christ.
