Feelings and emotions are very transient and come and go for so many different reasons. I think owning the feelings is the first step in getting better control of them. If you are angry and you recognize that, and accept that you are angry, then you can pause and decide if you want to act on that anger or not. That helps you regain control of you emotions.
I love that I can think outside of the box – in fact, I don’t really think there are boxes!
I hate when i put off stuff I need to do – it is maybe more about being “blocked” in my head rather than just procrastinating. It makes me wish I could go back in time and do things differently, instead of “wasting” time…
