Familiar Face
4786 QA Reputation0 | Steve J said 5 years, 11 months ago: A few nonfiction books. Covey’s Seven Habits, and the sequel. Collin’s Good to Great. A lot of the fiction I read have heroes. I find motivation in them. I read a book that I can’t remember that talked about conflict, with the big idea around contribution. I have thought about that a lot. 4341 QA Reputation-458 | Marta said 5 years ago: The best thing about growing old to me would be watching yourself growing as a human being. That is to say, when you are expected to dress in a certain way in some situations.
Familiar Face
4786 QA Reputation0 | Steve J said 4 years, 12 months ago: Etiquette clothing? I didn’t know that was what it was called. I used to call it “uniform”. There is a place for dressing nice, and a place for dressing how you like. You dress for the job you want, not always for the job you got. And it shows when a person puts a bit of thought into what they are wearing – and when they don’t. Dressing with thought can help you out of depression, in the same way cleaning up you living space can. So, do you prefer temperatures that are hot or moderate?
Passing Stranger
124 QA Reputation0 | Kirstin said 4 years, 5 months ago: I definifely prefer moderate temperatures. Occasionally I like to sunbathe in hot temps but only if it’s not humid and not for very long! Autumn is my favorite season, cause where I live (Oregon), it still gets warm and toasty on occasion, but not to the extent of it being uncomfortable — and then on the flip side, the evenings and nights and early mornings get cool, but the temp. rarely dips below 45-50, and walking outside is kinda refreshing! What is the most difficult thing you’ve had to overcome in the last year?
