I am asking this cause as the end of semester is approaching, I catch myself not wanting to eat or do things. And blanking out instead. So, what are your tricks to keep stress under control? Especially as you get closer to end of semesters ?

At first I want to thank you for creating this topic! :) . And as an answer I always listen to music to keep my stress under control. Makes me relax and I feel better. Also I try to spend some time with my friends. And if I get really stressed, I’ll go out at night. It doesn’t matter even I have an exam next morning :) )

Masturbation, Smart Drugs(might induce more stress), Weed(used correctly, i passed final year + thesis of engineering on a combination of amnesia haze, adderal, red bull, energy shots, weed made the come down bearable, plus i had to have a bong hit 2 hours before exam for perfect mood), Cigarettes(i quit, nasty habit) are best tools for me when im stressed beyond belief.

I would stick to working out and sex/masturbation.
Only go down that road of drugs, when there is too much work and too little time..

I have to be the black sheep on this one. I actually do nothing. I work REALLY well under pressure. So, the more stress I’m under, the better. In fact, if I don’t stress out to the point of nearly breaking, I don’t do well on exams. I find that relaxing for me is not a feasible method of coping with stress. Really, I don’t even think I deal with stress except by adding more stress. It sounds counterproductive, but hey, it works for me.
