There are a few action animes that i’m a big fan of that i think anyone who is looking for very action packed animes would enjoy.
Samurai Champloo
Cowboy Bebop
Full metal alchemist
Trigun
One piece
Those are all the ones i can think of but i would highly recommend them all, especially samurai champloo and cowboy bebop.

If you want one with various themes in anime and also parodies, I highly suggest Gintama -> one of my all time favorites as well :) Fairy Tail, Code Geass, Guilty Crown, High School of the dead, Gundam, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Gurren lagann, Deadman Wonderland, Fate/Stay Night, Ghost In the Shell, Claymore, Inuyasha, A certain Magical Index, Busou Renkin, and many more! :D
