I like both dogs and cats for the reasons that have been mentioned above. Dogs can be so energetic and goofy and they just make you laugh because they can be so stupid sometimes. The way their tongue lolls out and they give you this silly grin like, “What’d you mean you’re sad? Play with me!” And cats have a quieter energy about them. They are perfect to snuggle with when you just don’t feel like doing anything. They’re like a little fuzzy vibrating rock on your lap that has a comforting warmth, like they’re holding you in your seat and won’t let you up until you’re happy again.
