Well first, I stop hiding in my room eating chocolates and walk to the library, then I read, talk to ppls, and do everything I've planned to do until I collapse exhausted on my bed and cannot dream, then when I wake up, I do it again. I also refuse to be sad, because it makes others sad, and my main joy is when others are happy.
like I said, it doesn't work for everyone, only me it seems...
