I don’t get why the government cannot help and why Child Protection Service cannot even help people that has major trouble in their life. They simply ignored people that has extreme parental-child issues and sometimes even make things worse.
People make mistakes, and the person handling the account maybe didn't get all the facts before acting. Try contacting them again and explaining the situation in more detail, and explaining what would be beneficial and what wouldn't.
I know how you feel. Often it seems foster care can be a worst situation than the child came from. I really wish there were better options for helping those that seem trapped in a no-win situation.
