My only suggestion is if you are hungry, EAT! Restricting yourself when you are hungry is definitely unhealthy and not good for you, so if you want to eat something, then just go ahead and do that. :) People come in all shapes and sizes, so don't look at what others or the media shows you. It seems to me that you are very conscious about gaining weight. It's normal to gain weight, especially at your age. I was just as self-conscious as you are at 15, it takes time to grow out of the "skinny = good" preset that our society shouts at us, but don't you worry! You are beautiful no matter your size or weight or how often you work out.
Don't stress yourself out over trivial things! You don't want to burn out so quickly. Love yourself, and EAT!
