Who has/had most influence in your life and why?

Mine was my grandmother. She was strong minded, hard headed, loving, kind, humble… the list goes on. But one thing I knew, is that she was a very influentual person – even with the little english she spoke. I loved everything about her, I was her favorite grandchild. Her and my grandfather spent almost 50years together and still loved eachother just as much as when they had met. If i could exchange my personality for anybody else’s, it would be hers. Sadly, she passed away almost 4years ago from cancer at a young age of 69. Life goes on hey?

My dad - he has a lot of life experience and, despite a lot of difficult health issues, he never loses motivation to work. In all my years on this planet I have never heard him complain once.

For me.. my friends. Sounds cliche, but without them, I would be... more awkward than i am now, lonely, i wouldn't try new things or have an open mind. I would be afraid to talk about my feelings. Honestly, I think I would be depressed.

My aunt has given me the most influence recently. I love my parents and they are influencial and all, but my aunt has a special situation. A couple of months ago, she took her 4 kids and left her husband and went to a women's shelter. She did this because my uncle (who married in) had been abusing her for the past 10 years. She now lives with her kids in my grandparents' house with them, and I see everyone all the time now. But she influences me in a way that I can't forget. She taught me to be strong when things get tough. When things are difficult, just keep going and pray that it'll get better. And she taught me to take NO crap from guys. If he isn't treating you right, then he's not worth it. My aunt's husband broke her nose, and hurt her in other ways I don't know about, but I know that she has permanent injuries to her back and scars all over. She taught me to be tough. That's why she's super influencial right now.

My two best friends have the most influence in my life. They make me happy, I know I can always count on them not matter how far they may be. I talk about everything with them, and their opinion matters more to me than everyone elses.

Mine would have to be my grandma, shes supportive and no matter what I'm trying to pursue shes always with me 100% Shes the strongest woman in my life, even though my family doesn't think highly of her, she is like royalty to me. I'm sorry to hear that you lost your very special person, I don't know what I'd do if I lost mine. Shes the person that is most closest to my heart.

Definitely my best friend, Hailey,we met back in grade 5 and I was really quiet and shy back then, because I didn't know ANYONE. She said hi, opened up to me and taught me to come out of my shell. She's very strong, positive, beautiful, caring and tough. Her mother passed away when she was 9 and Hailey is still smiling and being positive, and that's what I love about her. She helped me when I was self harming and I'm very thankful for that, if it wasn't for her, I wouldn't be here. We've been best friends for 5 years now, and I'm glad we're still friends, even though we're in different classes and communication is brief and short. We still make time for eachother. (:

Oh dear. Everyone has seemed to put friends and family, but anyway - for me the only people who have had much influence are people i've never even met.

The person that has changed me most... my little son :) no matter how tired I am or what my plans are, as soon as he needs me, he is the top priority. There couldn't possibly be a bigger influence in your life than your own child.

It's sad that I don't really have one. Maybe that's why my life seems so directionless. But if there's anyone that keeps me going, it would be my friend, Mi. Unfortunately, she just moved to Texas (I'm from Jersey) but she always finds the time to reach out and let me know she still cares. One of the few genuine people in my life and I love her dearly for it. I keep pushing on, if only to make her happy.

Oh my. I have so many people. My grandfather is the first definitely. He was an amazing person. Strong willed, kind, helping. He passed away almost 8 years ago at a young age due to Cancer as well. I was in the 3rd grade back then. He was such an influential person. Even now, sometimes random strangers come up to my mom and ask about him. When they find out he passed away, some cry.. He will never be forgotten. After my grandpa is my grandma, she is amazing and just plain awesome. Strong, kind, etc. And then I have my parents and my older sister. (:

My mother, she has not had the greatest of upbringing, she practically raised my aunt and uncle; my gran was bringing home different men who abused my mum and her siblings. My gran never stood up for her children and couple times moved house whilst my mum was at school leaving my mum to live on her own. she fell pregnant with me at 18 and my real father treated my mother like filth,my gran got involved in my mums life again and told my mum to marry my real father. He abused me, I dont want to go into to too much depth there but when my mun found out she sent him to court. She brought me up with my step dad they kept the atmosphere as normal as possible. She works so hard and never see's me or my siblings do without, she has given us her raincoat when it starts raining and we forgotten ours. She is an amazing grandmother to my children, she supports me, encourages me and encourages me to push through my fears to reach my goals. As much as times I hate the way she pushes me I am also very greatful as I don't think I would of accomplished anything without her love and encouragement. She is a strong woman, loving, caring, and will help those who need the love and support too. :) she is my inspiration.

My parents would be the 2 people who influence me in my life because they're always just here for me, throughout my dumb mistakes and bumps in life theyr stand guard to be there, I'm very thankful to have them in my life since their life was not as easy as all the parents out there, my dad kept out family going by providing us shelter as i grew up and my mom toke care of me, we did not have much before but we were a very happy family, ive made mistakes that i can not take back but they love me either way and i know they will always have my back altho sometimes its strict love and all, they've taught me to be a strong and individual person from day one, they've taught me to love and forgive people around me but to also to always be pure and to do good, i love my parents to death and i appreciate everything they have done and are still doing

Close to me, my old best friend. He always knew how to handle people properly and keep out of trouble, so I followed his example.Otherwise, Bradley Nowell of Sublime. It may sound crazy, but he's one of, if not my biggest influences.
