What’s better about being an adult and not a high school student?

0

I’m graduating early from high school in 2017 but I don’t see what is better about being an adult . Like are there things you get freedom from? I want to graduate as a quick as possible because I honestly hate the high school environment and I dread every single day and I always come home exhausted and I also do extra curricular activities and they bore me as well.

Thats how its is when you at school you just want to get out off it but when you graduate after sometime you just want to go back to school . After graduate the whole social life changes .. friends gets lost on the way and of corse there is new responibilities.. time flys there is nothing good about bing an adult in my opinion .. i would reather go back to school and hang out with friends then wake up everyday to work .. be pushed around by the boss come back home tired and all over untill the weekend hahahaha good luck buddy you need it sorry if i didnt make you feel any better but it was only my opinion i dont know what other think . :)

I'm 15, so I may not be able to answer your question but maybe you'll find this article about life getting better from cracked.com interesting (http://www.cracked.com/blog/5-reasons-life-actually-does-get-better/). If you don't want to read it all you can skip to the, "High School is NOT the Best Years of Your Life" part. Here's the beginning of that section:

"I'm not going to sugar coat this: Adults tell you that high school is the best time you'll ever have because they've forgotten what it was like. They just remember the part where they didn't have to worry about bills, and their hindsight becomes so focused and narrow that it couldn't see the period at the end of this sentence."

"The truth is, for many if not most of us, high school is one of the most difficult times you'll ever live through. At that age, you're expected to act like an adult while gaining none of the benefits of adulthood. You are criticized for virtually everything you do by just about every adult in your social and family circle. You're expected to start holding up responsibilities, but under their rules."

Well there are good things. You get more freedom, you become more mature, etc. However I agree with Kathrine here, you end up missing school ALOT. Right now I know it sucks, most of us hate highschool but trust me.. when you finish school you look back and think "the issues I had weren't that big of a deal". You end up missing people, missing the classes , and not having a worry in the world. But if after highschool you decide to go to college, I have great news, it's hella fun :b (I'm saying this cause I'm not sure if you plan on going there)
