What’s a good way to help cheer yourself up?

Watch a comedy eat chocolate ice cream. Do something you love? Do something that you know will make you smile? Go out with friends. Try something new. Try making some one laugh or smile... It always makes me feel better because I know because of me that person is smiling. Or if you feel like crying let it all out I know you'll probably get puffy eyes after and it wont solve anything but I usually feel a little better and I usually sleep it off. Hope this some what helps you. Its not good to keep your feelings left inside. Talk to someone on vent why your feeling sad. Maybe if you let it all out you'll feel better:)

Start a new hobby, particularly something you already have an interest in and can occupy your time and energy on.

Listen to some music with a positive up beat feel to it. Music can be very therapeutic, so just listen to some music that makes you feel happy or puts you in a good mood.

Watch funny videos, read a really good book, paint, make something with your own hands, talk with friends, listen to uplifting music. Another cute idea is writing about something good that happened in your day, and then when the week is over, read all your writings.
