What song helps you through the tough times?

I recommend 'Marina and the Diamonds'. Her slow songs and upbeat songs got me through the death of a loved one. Troye Sivan is a great option too - Happy Little Pill.

When I'm broken hearted, I usually listen to "Not Anymore" by LeToya and "Promise In the Dark" by Keri Hilson. I really liked the part of "When I dried my eyes I realize, I deserve somebody who will treat me right." When I feel insecure, I usually listen to "Pretty Girl Rock" by Keri Hilson.There are a lot of songs that can cheer you up.

It doesn't particularly help me, but I've had Name, by the Goo Goo Dolls running through my head for the past couple years now.

For me, since F.U.N came out with Some Nights, I've been obsessed. The first few lines even are such a pick me up and the melody is great! Save me San Francisco by Train. Another up-beat tune, but that's part of what picks me up! The song talks about his happy place. Then there's All The Same To Me by Anya Marina. This is a more chill song, jazzy. "Don't let 'em kill your song, so I keep on shuffling on and on, 'cause it's all the same to me'. Mhm yes. Just writing this post makes me happy. Anything by Metallica or Zeppelin. It helps me to completely let go of all my anger.

When I'm going through a tough time, I tend to listen to Coldplay, Miley Cyrus, Eminem. Cheery songs = Cheery mood, right? I'd also recommend, Fancy by Iggy Azalea, its a good song tbh. Think of yourself as fancy. oh and also Awolnation is a great band to listen to.
