What should I do?

1

For the past few months things have just been getting worse. It’s been bad for almost a year now. I lack motivation to do anything. I feel to afraid to ask anyone for help because I’m still a teenager and think they will say it’s just my hormones. I don’t know what it is but it’s not my hormones. If it was things wouldn’t have went this far.

Communication is key. There is a reason it takes two humans to create another, we cannot get on in this world without some form of communication with one another. Whatever you're going through, share (in detail) with a friend, family, a doctor, or someone here. You can message me about it and i'll do my best to help you.

A large part of what you're feeling is your hormones. Don't just discredit me right here right now for saying that. Hormone fluctuation can cause major problems: depression, anxiety, suicide, advance sex drive, etc. This doesn't mean that you don't have something else going wrong too. I think you could have great success in communicating the idea that you wish to check and make sure all of the feelings you're having is "hormones" and "normal". Phrasing it that way you acknowledge the concern that it is just hormonal but imply that you think it could be more without having a difficult communication period.
