Get to know the shy guy a little better. I wouldn't go after the one who has a girlfriend, you don't want to get involved with all that drama, trust me. Just give the shy fellow a chance and see if you can develop stronger feelings towards him.

Don't break up a relationship--and what do you mean he hits on you in an unusual way? I would elaborate. Besides, if he does hit on you and he has a girlfriend, that should determine the future if you two end up together (and determines what kind of boyfriend he is). If you still like the shy guy, maybe you should talk to him, and not the guy who isn't even single. That would cause too much drama to break up a relationship, plus it could damage your moral image a bit...I don't know, it might not, but still... Good luck on your situation! :)

Nobody wants to be the one to break up a relationship, and frankly if he's hitting on you while he's having a girlfriend, it doesn't really show him in a good way. And also, could you deal with the fact that you caused them to break up? If that's even the case, maybe he'll start dating you both or something. And who knows, he won't do the same thing to you? Bottom line is, that guy is just asking for tears, save yourself the trouble. I suggest that you talk to that other guy, get to know him. He already has got some feelings for you. He sounds sweet.
