What is this on my skin???!

Can anyone tell me what this is on my leg?

I got this about like 2 weeks ago and it started as a little red rash but now it’s this pimple thing and Im so scared .. should I see someone about this?
I’ve been putting cream on it but it doesn’t help…
And does skin cancer start like this?
I’m just scared because this has been getting worse… And it itches sometimes

I highly doubt it's anything like skin cancer, so calm down. :)I suggest you see a doctor about it. I'm sure it's nothing all that serious, but they can tell you a lot more about it then we can.

Looks like a spider or bug bite to me. If it doesn't go away in a few days, or two weeks at the latest, go see a dermatologist
