This might sound silly, but I absolutely love coloring.I have these crazy coloring books with very intricate geometric designs so they require intense focus to get them right.I pick colors that match up with my moods and try to imagine myself coloring those feelings out.This helps me a lot because I have bipolar and struggle with the ups and downs.
I do a bunch if things I used to do when I was little. I watch Kim Possible, eat cheese Pringles, make something, or play with some toys in my basement. It sound kind of silly, but it make me think about when my life was really simple and enjoyable.
