I like to get a coffee and take a walk around.

This might sound silly, but I absolutely love coloring.I have these crazy coloring books with very intricate geometric designs so they require intense focus to get them right.I pick colors that match up with my moods and try to imagine myself coloring those feelings out.This helps me a lot because I have bipolar and struggle with the ups and downs.

I go to my room where I can be alone, and I listen to music.

I listen to very hard/aggressive music and just go do some computer programming.

I listen to music, take walks outside, or journal where i write and draw about what's on my mind.

I do a bunch if things I used to do when I was little. I watch Kim Possible, eat cheese Pringles, make something, or play with some toys in my basement. It sound kind of silly, but it make me think about when my life was really simple and enjoyable.

Ranting or writing out whatever is annoying me whether it be to someone, in a word document or on a piece of paper. Other than that I read or watch a funny film :3

I like to watch a tv show or something funny, write poetry, read, watch relaxation videos, or pet my cat. :)

listening to music is surely one way, as much as a nice cup of tea. training and fitness are really helpful too, they make tension/anger/anxiety go away.
