Freedom of choice is but one aspect of freedom. Also, in order to have choices in the first place, one must have the freedom of choice. If one is not free to choose, then how can one be given choices in the first place? I would have to call this statement false due to this.

This is false because your are both choosing your choices, and you have choices, because there are so many options you are free to have you can choose and, and make.
