Too young to marry?

0

My fiance and I are completely in love. We had an instant connection to each other as soon as we locked eyes. I just recently graduated high school, and he is 22 years old. I know that I am very much in love with him, because I have already been through my ‘first love’ phase with a different person, but my family seems to think that I am too young and constantly reminds me of it. Are they right? Am i too young to marry?

I personally don't think that is too young at all! maybe stay engaged a little longer to be sure, but I say go for it (: best of luck gurlie!

Though it's not too young, I'd advise holding off for a few more years as if you are planning on studying that will put unnecessary pressure on your marriage. No one is rushing you.

I agree with everyone else. Marriage is a very big step and I've always believed that two people can be very much committed to each other without a paper that says you're married. Wait till you've settled down, are financially stable and have your life in complete order. Love doesn't require a signature on a marriage certificate(: good luck with everything

Marriage woah. This is a big thing girl, like when you talk about marriage, its really shocking. Well, you should be ready for it be because you're going to commit to your fiance. For me you're still young to get married, since you just graduated from high school, and then he's 22. Studies first, be because its not good to hear that your just a first year college student, and you're already married.

You shouldn't decide on that too quickly because you guys are both young so you probably want to continue schooling and it'll be hard to do that while having responsibilites in marriage. you guys could at least live with each other to get the feel of what it would be like.
