I dye my hair endlessly, and as a result it’s very dry and damaged, any home remedies or products that help hydrate hair? Or make it look less frizzy

Well; obviously - dying your hair less would be the first way to start hydrating your hair. There is not any product at this point that is going to save your hair. It's over processed. You need to instead think natural. Start with not blowing it dry and straightening it all the time. Next, cut down on the dye sessions. I know it's your identity it's how you cope with life whatever it may be. But, you're not going to have beautiful hair and keep up at this rate.

That being said to help your hair and get it back into luscious locks condition you need to up the water intake. Increase Omega 3's. Try rinsing your hair with vinegar; I keep a spray bottle of apple cider vinegar in my shower and spray my hair from scalp to root let sit for a minute and then rinse. I have a co-worker who swears by mashing 1 banana and 1 avocado into a bowl and then spreading it in her hair she leaves it sit for an hour and then rinses with warm water.

Good luck!

Shampoo your hair, then saturate your hair from the root to the tips in Extra Virgin Olive Oil. You can get it from any convenience store like walmart. Put your hair under a shower cap for about an hour (with the oil still in your hair). After that wash out the oil with your favorite conditioner. If you don't like the smell of olive oil, you can also do this with organic extra virgin coconut oil, COLD-PRESSED. You can get some at the Vitamin Shoppe.Hope this helps :)

A reputable stylist can likely recommend some products and/or techniques to improve the appearance of your damaged hair. My two cents- get it all cut off and start anew. Maybe you can rock different cool short styles to ease your hair boredom instead of coloring it. Or maybe temporary color or colored extensions could be gentler options.
