Someone with OCD message me please?

My OCD forces me to do really embarrassing rituals, I have no one to talk about it because most people don’t take the condition seriously. Most of the people I have talked to say that I should try and “concentrate” and stop doing the compulsions but I physically can’t.

I doubt there is anyone here with OCD but if there is please give me a message :)

I know someone who has OCD. Personally, I do take it seriously. I understand if you'd prefer to talk to someone who has it too, but either way, you can always message me if you like. I won't judge you and I won't act as if it's nothing.
