So obviously doing nothing is probably not the best course of action! :/ However it puts you in a sticky situation, if it was me then I would look to one of your brothers good friends and maybe talk to them quietly and tell them.(choose the most sensible one). A lot of the time it is better coming from a friend rather than a family member, and this way you show your concern but dont put anybody in the crosshairs! Good luck.

A 19 year old has no place using anabolic steroids. He has no idea what he is doing to his body, he is only thinking of big muscles and slinging weight.

You need to tell someone and get him off of that shit before he becomes addicted and hurts himself or someone else. "Roid Rage" is not an exaggeration.

Well you should tell your parents but shouldnt as they are going through enough right now , tell his friend maybe , The thing is hes 19 and makes his own decisions but yet again he doesnt know what hes doing to his body , so you should do some reasearch , sit down with him and talk about it and through it , but keep calm . Good luck!

Talk to him about it one on one, BEFORE you think of bringing it up with your parents. If you try to get your parents involved right away he will feel more "ganged up on" or threatened than he actually is. If your relationship with him is already unstable, im sure narc-ing immediately without talking to him first won't make it any better. It's dangerous stuff to be messing with, let him know. Best of luck!

Or if yall have a good relationship maybe you try to talk to him? Say things that'll make him realize its not just about him. You, your parents, and his friends will miss him if anything goes wrong. Hope everything works out!!

Yes, tell them.

You should tell your parents. Or, if you don't feel you can tell them, a trusted aunt or uncle or grandparent and ask them to tell your parents. Steroids are very dangerous, and your brother may be putting his life in danger.
